What is your terms of payment?
Our standard payment terms is mainly T/T, normally 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating alternative payment arrangements based on mutual agreement.
What about the lead time?
The delivery time is normally 30-45 days for bulk order, depending on the product, quantity, and customization requirements. Once we have the specific details of your order, we can provide you with an estimated delivery time.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Normally it is 100pcs for each model.
Can I have a sample before order?
Yes, As one of reliable serpentine belt suppliers, we can provide sample, but we need customer afford the freight charge.
